Constructed Stillness

The Architecture of Unbecoming is not about loss. It is about replacement.

Something is not removed. It is covered. Structured over. What once moved freely is redirected, contained, made to fit.

The surface holds two states at once. One remains loose, instinctive, unresolved. The other imposes order. Not violently, but persistently. A framework that does not erase, but restricts.

The division is not clean. It shifts. Breaks. Reasserts itself. What is held underneath does not disappear. It presses back, even when contained.

This work sits inside that condition. Not a moment, but a process. The gradual exchange of instinct for structure, movement for control.

There is no recovery here. Only the recognition that what is covered remains. Not visible, but active.
